kitchen of tears: part 2- the threshing

So we demolished the cabinets. We pulled up all the floors. We decided this was a good time to start the electrical work, but in punching a new hole in the wall, discovered absolutely no insulation in the walls. None. Drywall and then exterior wall. What did we do? Spent more time tearing that room a new one. Now without walls:
